KICKING THE TRAILS FOR KIC-LEUKEMIA
Kic-Leukemia is excited to announce that we will be hosting our first annual “Kicking the Trails for Kic-Leukemia 8K Run/Walk and Kids’ Dash” on May 9th, 2009 at 9:00am at gorgeous Veteran’s Acres Park in Crystal Lake.
We are looking forward to an empowering, unifying, community focused event that will be enjoyed by the whole family. All proceeds will benefit "Kic-Leukemia", a local 501 (c)(3) organization (www.kic-leukemia.org) dedicated to increasing awareness of the need for bone marrow and platelet donation and providing opportunities for the public to join the National Bone Marrow Registry. We also provide support to families affected by Leukemia.
